Ashley Reynolds, MSN, RN, ACSM-HFS leads health services operations for U.S. Preventive Medicine, ensuring our Members receive clinically appropriate and first-rate customer service.
 
He is a seasoned professional with experience leading regional territories and multiple-departments for disease management, health plan and wellness companies.  He was integral in U.S. Preventive Medicine’s successful Accreditation in Health Promotion and Wellness from NCQA – one of the first organizations in the in the nation to attain this credential.
 
He has extensive experience in disease management, health promotion, health behavior, managed care, emergency and critical care.  Prior to joining U.S. Preventive Medicine in 2008 as Director of Prevention/Wellness and Triage.  From 2003 to 2008, he held management positions within Positive Healthcare, part of the AIDS Healthcare Foundation.  He also served as case manager for the Northeast Florida AIDS Network and was critical care/ER nurse at St. Vincent’s Medical Center in Jacksonville.
 
Ashley is a Health and Fitness Specialist, certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. He received both a bachelor and master of science in nursing from Jacksonville University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in nursing with a minor in health behavior at the University of Florida. His research is focused on the use of e-health technologies as tools to change behavior. He currently holds memberships in the American Nurses Association, Society for Behavioral Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine.
