LUCIA ROSENBERG – SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Lucia Rosenberg has a passion for her work. Her many years of experience as an executive in the healthcare delivery and preventive medicine industries prepared Ms. Rosenberg for the position of senior vice president of product development for U.S Preventive Medicine®. She took charge in the areas of strategic planning, product development and product marketing. She brings an international dimension to U.S. Preventive Medicine®’s corporate management team with her experience with foreign healthcare markets.
For a decade prior to joining U.S. Preventive Medicine®, Ms. Rosenberg provided consulting services to the healthcare market as a sole practitioner and as a principal of Health Synergies, a consulting firm she co-founded. Her client base consisted of national and regional health plans, health systems, and accreditation organizations. She assisted companies interested in expanding the domestic and international markets for their product portfolios. She also contributed her managed care expertise to long term care providers and start-up firms that offered cutting edge technologies, new special needs services and innovative disease management products.
Ms. Rosenberg held executive positions in several national and regional firms. She was the director of the Institute of Education for Philadelphia International Medicine, where she developed a suite of educational product offerings for health executives and physicians in South America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. Lucia served as vice president of planning and development for Greater Atlantic Health Service, a $400 million health care organization, where she was responsible for strategic planning and product development for the HMO and the multi-specialty medical group. Previously, Ms. Rosenberg was vice president of the eastern region for the National Health Screening Council, a health promotion and educational organization, where she was responsible for the marketing and operations of field offices spanning from New York to Puerto Rico. She also held the position of director of support services for Booth Maternity Center.
Ms. Rosenberg has a Master in Business Administration degree from Villanova University and a Bachelor of Science degree with honors from the University of Pittsburgh. She served on several boards including the Health Strategy Network, the Keystone House and the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Heart Association. She also developed and led several non-profit organizations created to solve community issues including the Friends of Queen Lane Station and Project Med-x.
