Paul Risner brings more than 25 years of legal, strategic and general management experience to U .S. Preventive Medicine. Prior to joining the company, he was the vice president, general counsel and secretary at the BRCH Corp., the largest not-for-profit health system in South Palm Beach County. Risner served as senior vice president & general counsel and as a Director of PlanetRX.com, Inc., and has been a member of the AMLAW Top 150 law firms Baker, Donelson, Bearman & Caldwell, P.C. and Akerman Senterfitt. Risner has served as vice president and general counsel of St. Vincent’s Health System as well as vice president of Legal Affairs of Sarasota Memorial Health System.
A graduate of Jacksonville University, Risner earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida College of Law. He is an AHLA Mediator and Arbitrator and is board certified in health law by the Florida Bar. Mr. Risner is licensed to practice law in Florida and Tennessee.
