MR. RICK SCAUZILLO, CPA, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CONTROLLER, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Rick Scauzillo is Controller, Chief Financial Officer and a Director of  U.S. Preventive Medicine® and has served in these positions since 2004.  Mr. Scauzillo is serving in his current positions with the Company on a part-time basis.  Mr. Scauzillo is a certified public accountant and principal of the accounting firm of Scauzillo & Associates, LLC, CPA, which he founded in 1974.  Mr. Scauzillo has served in a number of long-term consulting assignments, including with The Main Office Management Co., LP from 2002 to 2003 where he managed the accounting staff and back office operation of a private equity investment company, and with Stratton Communications Services, Inc. from 1997 to 1998 where he provided accounting support and served as part of the interim management team.  Prior to these positions, he served as Controller and Chief Operating Officer for Vaughan/Caudle Associates, Inc., a computer integration and software development firm, where he served from 1993 to 1997. 

Mr. Scauzillo is a 1974 graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.  He is a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
