JUDITH A. WHITE, RN, CCM, CMC – EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, HEALTH OPERATIONS
Judith White serves as Executive Vice President of Health Operations of the U.S. Preventive Medicine®. Previously Ms. White served as Vice President of Health Operations for Specialty Disease Management, Inc.,from 1999 to 2007. Ms. White is a Registered Nurse with an extensive clinical background in critical care nursing, managed care and hospice care. Prior to working with SDM, she served as Director of Health Services for a large North Florida integrated delivery organization with Baptist/St Vincent’s Health Systems from 1997 to 1999. Prior to this position, she was Director of Health Services with HealthCare USA, a Medicaid HMO from 1994 to 1997. She has held positions in senior management with Humana Corp., AvMed Health Plans, HealthCare USA and Mission Health.
As the Director of Health Services at HealthCare USA, she developed the operational protocols that led to the company being recognized as the highest quality HMO of its type in Florida. Ms. White co-authored publications on the Asthma Disease Management Program outcomes with Kjel Johnson, Pharm. D and drug adherence with Barbara Turner, MD., University of Pennsylvania. Ms. White is certified in Case Management, Managed Care and also held Certification as a Critical Care RN. She has a Bachelors degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Southern Illinois.
