Trish Kapustka is Vice President of Marketing Communications for U.S. Preventive Medicine leading the marketing, public relations, video production and social media functions of the company. Ms. Kapustka brings 25 years of experience in all aspects of integrated marketing communications for agency, corporate and non-profit organizations. Most recently she was the communications and packaging lead for the team that launched The Prevention Plan in Sam’s Clubs nationwide.

Ms. Kapustka graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in marketing.  She is accredited in public relations by the Universal Accreditation Board and earned the Certified Public Relations Counselor designation from the Florida Public Relations Association.

She is a longtime member of the Florida Public Relations Association holding various leadership roles on the local chapter and state boards including serving as state president in 2002. During her tenure she led the association to a 30 percent increase in membership. She currently serves on the board of the Children’s Home Society Buckner Division and as team captain for the Konica Minolta Gator Bowl Media credentials. She is a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville class of 2007.
